Secure your pasture-raised pig share with a deposit — $200 for a half pig or $400 for a whole pig. Your deposit will be applied to your final balance at pickup. You'll receive a full custom selection including roasts, chops, ribs, ground pork, sweet Italian sausage, jowls, and more. We'll reach out after purchase to discuss cut preferences and arrange pickup.
- Half Pig — $200 deposit: One side of the pig, approximately 80–100 lbs of finished cuts.
- Whole Pig — $400 deposit: Both sides of the pig, approximately 160–200 lbs of finished cuts.
Final balance is due at pickup and calculated based on hanging weight. We'll provide a full breakdown before your pickup date. Processed at Vermont Livestock Slaughter & Processing, Ferrisburg VT (USDA inspected).
Shares will be available for pick up in late October 2026.
